To run a mini campaign on social media, to promote the 'Most Outstanding British Professional' at the Polo Awards 2017.

Based in Windsor, Berkshire, Tally Ho Farm are one of the largest equine suppliers in Europe, and the official supplier to the England polo team. They also sponsor the award for 'Most Outstanding British Professional' at the British Polo Awards, held annually in London. We needed to raise awareness of the award sponsorship as well as the event itself.
Brief With the biggest event in the polo calendar approaching, and Tally Ho Farm sponsoring one of the most prestigious awards of the evening, they wanted to give their social media accounts a real kick, focusing on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Solution We came up with a short term strategy to delivery this mini campaign throughout the week, leading up to the awards ceremony. With five nominees, we took the opportunity to release the name of one nominee each day of the week, from Monday to Friday, finally announcing the winner shortly after it was announced. We sourced imagery of each nominee and created a uniformed theme across each image, promoting the hashtag #AndTheNomineesAre. Each social network has good and bad times to post, depending on which day you post which lead to setting specific times to post across each platform. Hashtag research was also crucial to this campaign, to hit the right audience, especially with Instagram!
Result Working closely with the team at Tally Ho Farm, we got the campaigns rolled out seamlessly, with social media engagement increased by almost 100%.
