We souped-up Avon Tuning's visual brand identity and took it from factory standard to high performance.
Concept, Art Direction & Implementation
Avon Tuning are a remapping and DPF specialist based in Bristol. They have an enviable reputation with both their customers and with their competitors as being the industry leaders. We needed to replicate this prestigious status throughout their marketing and communications as they plan to make inroads into new markets, territories and attract new customers.
Brief AT have the reputation and standing of a market leader within the tuning and remapping industry, but with expansion plans and new markets they wish to explore, they needed to look the part as much as they act the part.
Solution As with all brand strategy projects we undertake, the first step was to analyse and review the current state of play, within the market, with the major competitors and the main target audiences. A research document was presented outlining all the recommendations before we started in earnest. Once this had been reviewed and agreed by the team at AT we set about building the new brand.
Result In close consultation with the management team at AT, we completely redesigned all visual and tonal aspects of their brand. From a new brand positioning statement and strapline, to a clean and contemporary logo and typography. The results have already seen the rest of the industry try to step it up a gear racing to keep pace. Sorry I'll stop with the automotive puns now!
